Exchanging and Returning Policy
The following policy information is for individual customers only and not meant for wholesale/retail customers.
Please Note: All exchanges and returns must be completed within 7 days of receipt of order for credit to be issued. Only the original form of credit card may be credited.
WHEN EXCHANGING AN ITEM(s):
1. Please use the form submission feature and request an RMA number. Please indicate your email address and telephone number. Please advise the reason for the exchange and the item(s) you wish in exchange. P and P Designs will only be able to credit the original form of payment. If the exchange results in further debit, we will call you for payment authorization. Please follow the instruction below starting at number 2 to exchange your item.
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.
1. Please use the form submission feature and request an RMA number. Please indicate your email address and telephone number. Please advise the reason for the Return. P and P Designs will only be able to credit the original form of payment.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product
3. Please make a copy of your original invoice and place it in the package.
4. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
5. Please always ship your package to us by using a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. P and P Designs is unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries. Ship your package to:

Always refer to the Tracking Number for purposes of monitoring delivery status.
When we have received your package Please note:
It may take at minimum ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
It may take up to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement .
Only the original form of payment on the order will be credited.
